VME5 Owners Forum is an independent platform created by and for unit owners at Villa Marina East V in Marina Del Rey. It is not the Association's website. It carries no board authority and seeks none. What it does carry is a commitment to honest, informed conversation about the issues that affect our homes and our quality of life.

Here you will find:

• Advocacy — owner-driven positions on community issues that deserve attention

• Information — facts, context, and analysis to help owners make informed decisions

• Polls — your opportunity to weigh in anonymously on issues before the community

• Your Voice — a direct channel to submit your concerns, opinions, and ideas

We believe that engaged ownership makes for a better community. If something affects your home, your comfort, or your investment, you have every right to know about it — and every right to speak up.

The first issue on our agenda: smoking on balconies. It affects residents' health, comfort, and property values. We are building awareness and organizing an owner petition. Read more on the Issues page.
